Three years of verifiable experience with a class A CDL.

Must be 24 years old.

No DUI's in the last 5 years.

No more than 1 accident in the last 3 years.

No more than 4 tickets in the last 3 years.

No drug or sexual misconduct violations.

No Felonies in the last 5 years or Misdemeanors in the last 4 years.
OPERATIONS
Dispatch: Average time out is 2 weeks. Home Weekend Opportunities Available!
Top customers: PepsiCo, Firestone, Owens Corning, Steel Dynamics and General Electric
Average trip: 500 miles
Average load: 25,000 to 45,000 lbs

FB/SD/DD/RGN - 26% of the Gross Line Haul, Tarp and Stop pay. 1% pay increase after 6 months.

Quality Bonus - $200 every quarter to start. After 1 year of service increase to $300/quarter.
