Lease Purchase Program

• Applicant Requirements/General Information

-        Drivers will not be approved if living in IL or AR (due to State Occupational Accident Insurance Laws)

-         Available on case by case basis must be approved by management.

-         Required to remain contracted to Buchanan for duration of lease contract.

-         No Down Payments

-         No Credit Checks

-         Truck prices are not negotiable

-         Flatbed equipment including headache rack are available for purchase at additional charge

-         QualCOMM with e-logs is required during duration of lease and is property of Buchanan Hauling

-         Terms up to 36 months

-         Affordable lease payments 

• Maintenance Requirements

-         All maintenance to be done at Buchanan shop or pre-approved locations.

-         Maximum service intervals 10,000 miles

-         Buchanan shop labor rate $60/hour.

-         $200/wk deducted for maintenance escrow.

-         Lessee is responsible for negligent damage to tractor.
