• No drug or sexual misconduct violations.

    • Tractor and Trailer - 75% of Gross Line-haul.

16. Fuel Discounts

1. Base Plate - $45 ($47.50 Heavy Haul) weekly deduction.
2. Escrow - $100 weekly deduction for 20 weeks.
3. Fuel Tax - $20 weekly deduction, 90 day report provided.  Differences settled up quarterly.
4. Insurance
   • Physical Damage - 4.4% of declared value. Divide by 52 = Weekly deduction (example: $10,000 would be $8.46/wk)
   • Bobtail/Non-Trucking - $7.85 weekly deduction. ($34/Month)
   • Occupational Accident - $37.85 weekly deduction. ($164/Month)

5. Trip PAK/Transflo - $5 weekly deduction.
