Keep It Up, Ed Tate!

I received this email from a customer: 

Guys – I wanted to take a brief moment, and thank you all for your support in delivering the load to [the receiver] yesterday. You guys did a great job responding to the several changes. Thank you again for your support..." 

Ed didn't complain once when the customer asked for extra work. Customer appreciated it and so does Buchanan!
